REFUND POLICY

AllResume.ai provides digital services including AI-powered resume building tools, professional templates, and related career enhancement services. This Policy governs all refund requests for Services purchased through our platform.

2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

2.1 Billing Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

2.2 Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing period.

2.3 No Prorated Refunds

We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for partial subscription periods or unused services within a billing cycle.

3. ONE-TIME PURCHASES

All one-time digital purchases, including premium templates and individual service features, are final upon completion of the transaction and delivery of access credentials. No refunds will be provided for one-time purchases.

4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds may be considered solely at Company's discretion in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges resulting from technical error
  • Persistent technical issues preventing access to purchased Services that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • Unauthorized transactions reported within seven (7) days of occurrence

Each refund request will be evaluated individually based on the circumstances presented. Company reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to support any refund claim.

5.3 Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of approval and credited to the original payment method.

Company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any policy modifications.
